The treatment
Restoring flexibility to dry shingles
Over time, sun and heat dry out asphalt shingles. Dry shingles become stiff and can start to lose their granules.
We spray a 100% bio-based rejuvenator made from corn seed oil onto the existing shingles. It is USDA Certified Bio-Based, made in the USA from renewable materials, and designed to penetrate aging shingles, help restore flexibility, improve granule adhesion and help delay premature roof replacement.
It is backed by independent third-party lab testing and proven field performance across millions of square feet of asphalt shingles. The rejuvenation process typically takes 1 to 2 hours.
